Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 3 days of your original purchase.
  • Cancellations requested after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • To cancel your service, please email us at info@kinggtv.com with your order number and full name.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if the request is made within 3 days of purchase.
  • After 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any purchases made after the 3-day window
  • Services or subscriptions that have been accessed or used
  • One-time setup fees or customization services

  • Reason for cancellation or refund
