Cancellations

- Cancellations requested after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
- To cancel your service, please email us at info@kinggtv.com with your order number and full name.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if the request is made within 3 days of purchase.
- After 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any purchases made after the 3-day window
- Services or subscriptions that have been accessed or used
- One-time setup fees or customization services
