Troubleshooting

If you encounter login, buffering, or playback errors, don't worry! We're here to help. Follow these steps:

⚙️ Go to Settings on your TV or Firestick Device.
📂 Select Applications.
👉 Click on Manage Installed Applications and select our KING G TV app.
🗑️ Select Clear Cache (DO NOT CLEAR DATA) and then Force Stop.
📺 If you're using an older DEFINE TV app, log out from the top right corner of the home screen, click yes, then click refresh DNS on the left, and then log in.
🔌 If channels still don't load, RESET by unplugging for 5 MINUTES. This will reset the DNS, modem, router, and Firestick.
❎ If channels still don't play, follow instructions based on your Internet Service Provider.

🌐 For Spectrum Users:

⚙️ Go to Settings on your TV or Firestick Device.
📂 Select Applications.
👉 In Manage Installed Applications, select our app.
🚿 Click CLEAR DATA twice (Important).
🌐 Unplug the modem, router, and Firestick for 5 minutes. Then, reopen the app and log in to the application again.
🔄 Click the small reload icon underneath Live TV, Series, and Movies from the app home to update the playlists.
🛡️ Also, some Spectrum customers may have Security Shield turned on. Go to the Spectrum website, log in, and access services and equipment. Select Security Shield and turn it off.

🌐 For Armstrong Users:

The Plume HomePass or security suite is blocking the app. You can log in and allow access to the Firestick and application. Or call their customer service line and ask how to allow certain 3rd party apps to be played and security to be removed for the Firestick. https://justpayingthebills.xyz:443, https://beatsworking.fyi:443

🌐 For VNET Users:

Customers have to use their Plume HomePass application and allow access to our application. The security suite is blocking the application. https://justpayingthebills.xyz:443, https://beatsworking.fyi:443

🌐 For Windstream Users:

Customers need to access their Kinetic Home Internet Security. The application is being blocked as it is a 3rd party application. Need to allow access to the application. Also, you may need to Clear Data twice for the KING G TV app, as we describe at the top of this announcement. https://justpayingthebills.xyz:443, https://beatsworking.fyi:443

🌐 For Breezeline Users:

🌐 For Xfinity Users:

Xfinity security settings often block some IPTV traffic. You can turn off Advanced Security from the Connect tab in the Xfinity app and the xFi website. Click on the Advanced Security tile and follow the steps to disable Advanced Security.
