Buffering Issues

App Refreshing:

  • Open Settings on your TV/Device.
  • Select Applications.
  • In Manage Installed Applications, select our app.
  • Select Clear Cache (DO NOT CLEAR DATA) and then Force Stop.
  • Restart the router and TV, and reopen the app.
  • Click the small reload icon 🔁 underneath Live TV, Series, and Movies from the app home to update the playlists.

Changing Streaming Format:

  • Open the KING G TV app.
  • Go to "Settings."
  • Experiment with different streaming formats.

Other Possible Causes:

  • Multiple Device Usage: Ensure you're within your paid connection limit. Extra devices running in the background can cause buffering.
  • Internet Speed: Perform a speed test in the app.
    • Open the KING G TV app.
    • Go to "Settings."
    • Choose the "Speed Test" and click the "Begin Test" button.
    • Minimum download speed: 35 Mbps (for 1-2 devices); optimal: 50 Mbps or more. Minimum upload speed: 15 Mbps; optimal: 25 Mbps or more.
    • Please contact your Internet Service Provider to upgrade if speeds are lower.
