If you’re still experiencing sound but no picture, please follow these steps: Open the app > Go to Settings > Select Player Settings > Change the player option to Software Decoder and click Save.

If you’re using KING G TV, simply uninstall and reinstall the app - the correct settings come pre-configured by default.

If you are using apps that require a DNS URL when logging in or adding a user, please update it from https://swm.re to http://swm.re:80 (No s  after http)

If you can’t locate the DNS option, just uninstall, reinstall, and log in again - the DNS input field will appear on the login screen.

This mainly applies to IPTV Smarters and other 3rd-party apps we do not own.
