How to Find Your Unpaid Invoice Number?
Sometimes invoice emails may not reach you or may land in your spam/junk folder due to email security filters. If that happens, you can easily find your unpaid invoice directly from our website.
Step 1:
Log in to our client area at:
https://kinggtv.com/billing/clientarea.php
Use your registered email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option.
Step 2:
After logging in, go to:
Billing → My Invoices
Step 3:
Look for any invoice marked as Unpaid. Click on the invoice to view details and proceed with payment.
Step 4:
Choose your preferred payment method and click the Pay Now button. Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Important Note:
If you don’t see an invoice number, it may be because the due date is more than 7 days away. Our system generates invoices 7 days before the next due date, so the invoice will appear automatically when that time comes.
