If you encounter login, buffering, or playback errors, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings on your TV or Firestick Device.
  • Select Applications.
  • Click on Manage Installed Applications and select our KING G TV app.
  • Select Clear Cache (DO NOT CLEAR DATA) and then Force Stop.
  • If you're using an older DEFINE TV app, log out from the top right corner of the home screen, confirm, then click Refresh DNS on the left, and log back in.
  • If channels still don't load, RESET by unplugging your device for 5 minutes. This will reset the DNS, modem, router, and Firestick.
  • To update the playlists, click the small reload icon under Live TV, Series, and Movies from our app’s home screen.
  • If channels still don't play, follow the instructions for your Internet Service Provider.

Spectrum Users:

Some Spectrum customers may have Security Shield turned on. Go to the Spectrum website, log in, and access Services and Equipment. Select Security Shield and turn it off.

Armstrong, VNET and Breezeline Users:

  • Download the HomePass by Plume® app from your phone's App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, log into your provider's website and adjust the security settings to allow our apps.
  • If unsure, contact your provider's customer service and ask them how to allow certain apps to work with Firestick.
  • For this case, you’ll need to allow the URL: swm.re
  • After doing that, restart your router.

Windstream Users:

  • Download the Kinetic Home app from your phone's App Store or Google Play and adjust the security settings to allow our apps.
  • If unsure, contact your provider's customer service and ask how to allow certain apps to work with Firestick.
  • For this case, allow the URL: swm.re
  • After doing that, restart your router.

Xfinity Users:

Xfinity security settings often block IPTV traffic. Turn off Advanced Security from the Connect tab in the Xfinity app or xFi website. Click on the Advanced Security tile and follow the steps to disable it.
